Erin began her career with the City of Piedmont, dedicating twenty-eight impactful years to cultivating local connections. With a solid commitment to community enrichment, she took pride in spearheading an array of vibrant programs that quickly became part of Piedmont's tapestry as cherished traditions. Beloved events like "Movies in the Park," "Santa Breakfast," "Dreidels and Donuts," and "Bunny Blast" foster cherished experiences and lifetime memories.
She also designed transformative "Counselor and Junior Counselor Training Programs," providing invaluable leadership opportunities to East Bay youth. Additionally, her dedication extended to the dynamic management and expansion of the city's preschool programs, Schoolmates, and summer day camps — engaging initiatives that have solidified lasting community relationships.
Upon Erin's retirement from Piedmont’s program management and in pursuit of fresh horizons, she discovered her niche as the Heafey Baum Group's Social Media Manager. Drawing on her long history of fostering connections, she's embraced the challenge of crafting an online presence that mirrors the vibrancy and warmth of our team.
