My family was relocating from London to the East Bay after living in Europe for 12 years. It was already a stressful move for the family and the original agent that we had been working with for months decided there were no homes in our price range only days before we were leaving for our two week house hunting trip, which only increased the anxiety.

When we arrived only five days later he had arranged for a babysitter to watch our two children and he had a schedule laid out for us. We saw a lot of homes in one week, more than I thought possible, thanks to Matt’s planning. I am so glad he took so much time with us because it made it possible to have an offer accepted on a house by the end of the first week. Matt understood that this was the house we wanted and he worked to make sure our offer was presented in the most favorable way. I never felt pressure or nervous through the entire process. He made it all very easy for us.
